April 15, 2020 PLEASE READ COMPLETELY-THANK YOU 1. All sales are final. All our Hollands are sold healthy, to the best of our knowledge, at the time of sale. If the Holland you purchased should become ill or die within 24 hours of purchase, we will gladly replace the rabbit or refund your money. However, we will not be responsible for any vet costs. We will not replace or refund rabbits that have become ill or die due to stress, improper care, neglect, improper feeding, and/or improper handling.
2. No Holland will leave our care until they are 10 weeks old. They will be weaned at 8wks and held until they are 10wks to help eliminate the stress of being weaned and brought to a new home. We make every possible effort to correctly sex our Hollands, BUT mistakes can happen when sexing a young rabbit.
3. All our Hollands are priced based on their quality, color, pedigree, and age.
4. We cannot guarantee a rabbit’s show placement. I also cannot guarantee that a rabbit will be a good breeder or mother, even if they've reproduced for me in the past.
5. All of my rabbits are very sweet tempered, however, I cannot guarantee that any rabbit purchased will never bite or scratch. Under no circumstances am I responsible for any damage caused by the rabbit to personal property or any personal injury, such as biting or scratching.
6. SALES TERMS: PENDING: An inquiry has been made and I am awaiting a non-refundable deposit to HOLD, but feel free to inquire in case the sale doesn't go through. HOLD: A 50% non-refundable deposit has been made to HOLD the rabbit through PAYPAL until it is ready for its new home. The remaining amount will be due at time of pick up in CASH or PAYPAL ONLY. We cannot hold a rabbit longer than one (1) week past pick up date unless other arrangements have been made. After that I will charge a $5 a week per rabbit fee for food/care. If the buyer fails to pick up their rabbit on the agreed upon date, they forfeit the rabbit and the entire deposit. The rabbit will then be available to other buyers. Once a deposit has been placed on a rabbit it cannot be transferred to another. SOLD: A full, non-refundable payment has been made on the rabbit and it is no longer available.
7. Please bring a pet carrier or a box for bringing home your rabbit. Though they are handled daily, the car ride could be stressful on them and it is best for them to be in a secured carrier until they have made it to their new home.
8. We do NOT ship our rabbits. We'd be happy to work with a transporter of your choice, but you are responsible for the transport fee and finding the transporter. Thank you :) Please arrange for your transporter to meet at: Love's Travel Stop 10145 Avon Lake Rd, Burbank, OH 44214
We will meet all transporters there, we will not travel any distance to meet your transporter unless agreed upon and additional fee is charged. We will not be responsible for any illness, sickness, or death that may occur during transport.
9. Pick up will be in the Salem Lutheran Church parking lot at 4873 Cleveland Rd, Wooster, OH 44691. Please be sure you’re able to make pick up arrangements at this location before putting a deposit on a rabbit.
